Powell Towers
As part of a project to improve energy efficiency, the Little Rock Housing Authority retained Snyder Environmental to remove more than 300 windows from the Powell Towers housing high rise. The windows were sealed with asbestos-containing caulk, and the kick panels were an asbestos-containing transite material. Snyder Environmental employed a Fall Arrest System developed and constructed specifically for this project to safely complete the abatement project.
