Joe Carter - Chief Executive Officer
Joe Carter's drive for excellence influences all areas of his life, from being an attentive dad to being a good boss to being a trustworthy CEO at the largest environmental remediation company in Arkansas. Joe is passionate about operating a strong, accountable, fair, and honest business. Building a company with these core values begins at the top, and Joe leads by example. His devotion to moral and professional excellence encourages his employees to reach their full potential and provides customers with the confidence that they’ll receive excellent service.
Mike Jackson - Chief Operating Officer
Mike Jackson has built a career providing steady and practical leadership to growing companies such as Alltel and Mountain Valley Spring Water. His experience in managing processes, people, and properly aligning resources is outstanding. Mike understands that well run companies live by clearly stated goals, properly managed expectations, and constant attention to detail. Those same well run companies have employees who, as a result, are dedicated and unsurpassed.
Justin Dixon - Director of Sales and Marketing
Justin Dixon understands that well-informed customers make the best decisions. That’s why he gives it to you straight. Showing a customer all environmental remediation options leads to the most safe, compliant, and budget-aware solution. As Director of Sales and Marketing, Justin is often the first face clients see, and he diligently works to establish an honest and open relationship. In addition, he keeps up with changing regulations and updates company policies accordingly, making sure that Snyder customers receive the best and most compliant service.
Denise Chiarizzio - Director of Field Operations
After more than two decades in the environmental remediation industry, Denise Chiarizzio has seen it all, including as a regulator when she was the head of ADEQ's asbestos section. As a seasoned professional, she offers fresh approaches to solving environmental issues, and her regulatory knowledge is a valuable asset to the Snyder Environmental leadership team. Denise is dedicated to client relations and working in the field to provide quality compliant and timely projects.
Leslie Stecks - Director of Finance
Leslie Stecks has worked her way up the company ladder, from receptionist to Director of Finance. She understands what Snyder Environmental is all about, putting the customer first. That means listening, responding, following through. When she talks about our quality of work, she’s referring to the trustworthy rapport we build with our customers. Along with the rest of our staff, she’s dedicated to working with our clients on a personable level, and her work ethic is founded upon honesty, integrity, and mutual respect.
Dan Kell - Director of Human Resource and Risk Management
